November 6th, 2008 at 12:18 pmThis is a smearing of Nader here. Uncle Tom is not an inherently racial term. The full phrase and context is Nader asking if Obama will sell out or be a patriot.
When you’re marginalized and attacked constantly, and you’re as old as Nader, you may sometimes have unfortunate word choice. Maybe they should focus on the countless brilliant things Nader says rather than this. This is yellow journalism.
